With Season 4 Reloaded of Cold War now live across all platforms, one of the brand new weapons on offer is the OTs 9 SMG.

\n

The OTs 9 is a full-auto SMG modelled after the Kiparis from the original Black Ops. It has an impressive firepower at close range with good visibility while firing. Not to mention that it has reliable recoil control and a small magazine size.

\n

With so many strong weapons in Cold War's multiplayer, what attachments and loadout should you use on this weapon?

\n

Here's our recommended loadout for the OTs 9 and the best attachments.

For the OTs 9, we need to focus on improving its damage output. It struggles at range and has as small magazine size, but its very deadly at close range.

\n

Its a very easy to pick up weapon and should fit nicely into the current meta as a real up-close and personal option.

\n

Here are the best attachments for the OTs 9:

\n
    \n
  • 7.5\" VDV Reinforced (Barrel)
  • \n
  • Foregrip (Underbarrel)
  • \n
  • Spetsnaz 40 RND (Magazine)
  • \n
  • Speed Tape (Handle)
  • \n
  • KGB Skeletal Stock (Stock)
  • \n
\n

With a gun like this, you want to improve where its weakest, which is its damage output and mid-range ability. It's ok as it is up close, so I'd opt to make it a much more well-rounded weapon as there are a lot of good mid-range SMGs that will give it a run for its money.

With the OTs 9, I'd argue it's best to go with another primary weapon as it will struggle at range.

\n

The Krig 6 is your best bet. I'd recommend the following attachments:

\n
    \n
  • Microflex LED (Optic)
  • \n
  • Infanty Compensator (Muzzle)
  • \n
  • 19.7\" Takedown (Barrel)
  • \n
  • Field Agent (Underbarrel)
  • \n
  • Handle (Airborne Elastic Wrap)
  • \n
\n

If you're not a fan of taking the Law Breaker Wildcard and prefer Perk Greed, I'd opt to take either the Nail Gun or dual AMP63, depending on your preference.

\n

I always believe this comes down to personal preference. But I would opt for a Stun Grenade and C4.

\n

The Stun Grenade is good for slowing down enemies and gives you something to work with when moving up the map. Considering this weapon struggles at long range, it's a good option.

\n

The weapon's a little slow to reload and it can run out of ammo fast, having a quick draw C4 in your pocket is great for tricky scenarios and complements the stun tactic well.

I'd use the Field Mic to give you a heads up on where enemies are coming from so you can reposition appropriately.

\n
\n
\n
\n

We obviously can't use Perk Greed, so we're stuck with just the three perks.

\n

My perferred options are Tactical Mask, Assassin and Ninja.

\n

I'd go with Flak Jacket purely because you don't have Trophy System and explosives are far more common.

\n

Assassin is great for quickly racking up score and help you on your way to scorestreaks.

\n

Ninja is a go to perk when using this weapon as you'll probably find you're running around a lot. But Ghost is just as effective, if you decide to play more passive.
