Bungie’s Marathon was one of the surprise announcements during the PlayStation showcase back in June of 2023; as it is the revival of the 90s franchise.
With this extraction looter shooter aiming for a release date this year, it appears that they're finally ready to showcase the game.

Little is known about the revival of Marathon, as Bungie has been pretty closed mouthed about the game since it was revealed.
Now, we're finally going to get some gameplay of what could be another major release in 2025; and we're amped to say the least.
Bungie will be showcasing Marathon on April 12 at 7 pm CEST; and they've noted the following on the game.
Marathon is a team-based extraction shooter and the first completely new project from Bungie, the creators of Halo and Destiny, in more than a decade. Set on the mysterious planet of Tau Ceti IV, Marathon will see players inhabit the bodies of Runners, cybernetic mercenaries who have been designed to survive the planet’s harsh environments. While exploring the lost colony that once inhabited the surface, players will search for valuable loot including new weapons and gear.
