Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 was once, the king of COD, the game featured marvelous campaign, with some decent multiplayer for players back in the day.
However, there's been rumors circulating of a campagin remaster in the works, identical to the one we've seen of MW2 (2009) and now we have new sources indicating this is true.
Here's what we know!
Rumor: Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 Remastered Campaign Is Done
This rumor surfaced online via TheGhostOfHope on Twitter, and they note that the remastered campaign hasn't been cancelled as previously rumored, and is instead done.
This means, in the near future, we're going to get something similar to what Infinity Ward has done with MW2, and release a campaign only version of the game, with modern-day graphics.
TheGhostOfHope writes the following:
"When I asked a source whether or not MW3 Campaign Remastered might ever see the light of day they had the following to say:
MW3 Campaign Remastered isn't cancelled like previously reported. It is complete & is just sitting there waiting for the right time to be released."
So, I guess for now, we'll have to wait and hear more information regarding the game!
