Dead By Daylight Tome 13: Release Date, Leaks & Everything We Know So Far

Dead by Daylight Chapter 25 is in full swing and soon enough we should have some new content in the form of a brand new Tome, which is set to be added to The Archives very soon.

But ahead of Behaviour Interactive adding their next Tome to the game, we already have plenty of leaks and clues as to what we can expect to see. So read on for everything you need to know about Dead by Daylight Tome 13, as well as a quick guide for anyone new to the game who wants to know how it all works.

What Is A Tome In Dead By Daylight?

Within Dead By Daylight players can also explore The Archives, which provides players with a means to earn exclusive rewards and pieces of backstory for characters, all unlocked via a series of challenges. With every mid-chapter update, the developers release a new a tome and a rift within The Archives.

Tomes feature twisted new tales from the world of Dead by Daylight, while Rifts offer incredible rewards. Complete challenges to unlock both. We suggest having a watch of the below video to get a deeper understanding.

DBD Tome 13 Leaks & Latest News

As per DBDLeaks on Twitter, the next Tome 13 Rift is going to be a little different. Here’s what you need to know:

“Now there’s a total of 85 Rift Tiers, including four rewards on 70 Tier (previously it was only two). Each previously empty Free Tier has been filled with Bloodpoints (from 5k to 100k).”

“Tiers above Tier 70 include SPECIAL REWARDS (only on Premium track). These rewards are upgraded versions of outfits that you can unlock on the Rift. There’s no Free rewards above Tier 70. Rift still costs 1000 Auric Cells.”

We’ve also been given a preview of the upcoming Rift Cosmetics, which includes Ghost Face (+upgraded outfit), Adam (+upgraded), Wraith (+upgraded), Meg (+upgraded), Mikaela (+upgraded), Plague, Trapper, Jake, Ace, and Nea. In addition, there will be two Comunity Outfits for The Artist and Yui. You can take a look at some of these cosmetics, just below:

What Is The Next Tome In Dead By Daylight?

The next Tome event is Dead by Daylight Tome 13, but so far it’s not been officially announced by the dev team.

DBD Tome 13 Release Date – When Is It Coming?

Back in the Summer when Behaviour Interactive announced their Dead By Daylight Year 7 Roadmap they confirmed that Tome 13 will arrive in October 2022.

This makes sense given the usual timeframes we’ve seen in the past. You can see when the previous Tomes have started just below, along with how long each has normally lasted.
