Slay The Spire 2 is the direct sequel to the beloved Slay The Spire game, which was originally released back in 2019 and still bolsters an 'overwhelmingly positive' review score on Steam.

Slay The Spire 2 will feature the iconic deck-building features once again, and the roguelike deck-builder has a ton of content in-game to check out.
However, in terms of offering an actual story, we can confirm that yes, Slay The Spire 2 does indeed have a story. But, you'll need to continue to advance in your runs to progress the main story, so this could take time depending on your playstyle.
