Escape From Tarkov is the hardcore extraction shooter that fits a perfect niche within the gaming community, and fans have adored the title for quite some time now.
One of the main mechanics of the game is the usual wipes, and during the next wipe, BattleState Games will be adding some brand new weapons for players to try out.

Escape From Tarkov 2023 Wipe: All New Weapons Coming
Tarkov typically has its wipe every six months or so, with the last one occurring back in August, 2023; so at first glance it appears to be a bit early for a brand new Tarkov wipe; this time it is a special circumstance. During the December 2022 wipe is when they added the most recent map, Streets of Tarkov.
Now, for December 2023, the update is going to bring some outstanding quality-of-life changes to the game, including vaulting, armor plates and more. However, like most wipes, they’re also going to be adding new weapons within the game, and these are as follows.

- SVT
- AVT
- AK-12
- Sawed-off
- PM
We don’t really know any further details pertaining to these weapons, but we’ll be sure to keep you posted regarding it. But, we can assume that these are going to be extra powerful when they release.
