Helldivers 2 is the latest first-person shooter released by PlayStation, and it’s been off to a high flying start on both PS5 and Steam.
One of the aspects that players have been wondering about is when their going to get reinforcements from Xbox players.

Helldivers 2 features a ton of destruction within the game, and whether you’re calling down an orbital strike to enemies, or using one of the new weapons you unlocked, something is always being shot at.
However, with the game now peaking at over 400,000 players just on Steam alone, and with it releasing alongside PS5 on release, Xbox owners are certainly feeling left out.
One issue lies here, and this is mainly due to the fact that Helldivers 2 is indeed published by PlayStation Studios. Essentially meaning that a port over to Xbox may not be for anytime soon, as it typically takes a few years for PlayStation titles to make their way over to PC/Xbox.
However, with this being a multiplayer FPS, we’re hopeful a deal can be made here, as it would be a fantastic game to have on another platform.
