League of Legends Patch 14.24: Full Champion Changes, Patch Notes and More

We’re entering the onset of the 14th season of League of Legends, and this all this said, it doesn’t appear Riot is going to stop anytime soon with the patches.

Now, the full patch release calendar is here, and the next patch on the slate is 14.24.

Here’s all the patch notes for players.

The next League of Legends patch is going to change up quite a few champions, alongside changing other elements of the game, as this is the case when it comes to most LoL patches.

While these changes are going to be exciting, you’re going to want to be in the know for when they’ll release.

Champion Changes

Ambessa

W: Repudiation

  • Shield amount reduced: 85-350 (+175% bonus AD) >>> 50-320 (+150% bonus AD)
  • Shield duration reduced: 2 seconds >>> 1.5

E: Lacerate

  • Bonus AD scaling reduced: 40-80% >>> 40-60%

Corki

E: Gatling Gun

  • Damage reduced: 100-300 (+250% bonus AD) >>> 80-280 (+240% bonus AD)

Elise

Base Stats

  • HP reduced: 650 >>> 620

Graves

Q: End of the Line

  • Explosion bonus AD scaling reduced: 40-160% >>> 40-140%

LeBlanc

Q: Sigil of Malice

  • Base damage reduced: 70-170 >>> 65-165

Master Yi

Q: Alpha Strike

  • Crit damage increased: 35% bonus >>> 56.25% bonus

Dr. Mundo

E: Blunt Force Trauma

  • Bonus AD decreased: 2-3% max HP >>> 2-2.8% max HP

Poppy

Base Stats

  • Armor reduced: 38 >>> 35
  • Armor growth increased: 4.7 >>> 5

Q: Hammer Shock

  • Damage increased: 40-120 (+90% bonus AD) >>> 30-130 (+100% bonus AD)

Rell

Base Stats

  • Base health increased: 610 >>> 640

Passive: Break the Mold

  • Resist steal per stack increased: 2% >>> 3%
  • Minimum resist steal increased: 1-2 >>> 1.5-3

W: Ferromancy – Crash Down

  • Base shield increased: 15-115 >>> 25-125
  • Shield health scaling increased: 12% >>> 13%

Riven

E: Valor

  • Base shield reduced: 80-180 >>> 70-170

Rumble

Q: Flamespitter

  • AP scaling increased: 100% >>> 110%

W: Scrap Shield

  • AP scaling increased: 25% >>> 30%

Swain

Base Stats

  • Base armor reduced: 26 >>> 25
  • Armor growth reduced: 5.2 >>> 4.7

Talon

Passive: Noxian Diplomacy

  • Monster damage reduced: 120% >>> 110%

Twitch

Q: Ambush

  • Bonus attack speed increased: 40-60% >>> 45-65%
  • Attack speed duration increased: 5 seconds >>> 6 seconds

Viktor

Passive: Glorious Evolution

  • Passive stacks per large minion kill increased: 5 >>> 10
  • Passive stacks per takedown reduced: 25 >>> 20

Q: Siphon Power

  • Base shield increased: 27-105 (based on level) >>> 40-115 (based on level)

W: Gravity Field

  • Slow increased early: 30-45% >>> 33-45%
  • Time Spent in Gravity Field before Stun: 1.1 ⇒ 2.5 seconds
    • Bugfix: Gravity Field will no longer fail to stun in the appropriate amount of time
  • Slow Application: Can no longer be slowed after being stunned by W ⇒ Slow now applies as long as you are within the Gravity Field
  • Slow Debuff Duration: 1 ⇒ 0.25 seconds
  • QoL Improvement: Improved reliability and consistency in addition to a few bugfixes

E: Hextech Ray

  • Mana cost reduced: 70-110 >>> 60-100

R: Arcane Storm

  • No longer disrupts channels on cast
  • Upgrade: If an enemy damaged by the storm dies, the storm permanently increases in size by 40% and its duration increased by 3 seconds (max 6 stacks)

Warwick

Base Stats:

  • Base AD decreased: 65 >>> 63

Q: Jaws of the Beast

  • Cast range increased: 350 >>> 365

W: Blood Hunt

  • Attack speed duration increased: 0.75 seconds >>> 2.5 seconds
    • Attack speed buff is now granted on the attack or spell that puts the target below the health threshold
    • Warwick’s attack speed is now granted on the first attack on a new target that is below the health threshold

Yuumi

Q: Prowling Projectile

  • Base damage increased: 60-210 >>> 60-235
  • Empowered Q base damage increased: 80-300 >>> 80-320
  • Mana cost reduced: 50-100 >>> 50-75
