Overwatch 2 most recently released the brand new Season 7 for players, which is going to be one of the final ones for the year.
Now, with Blizzcon behind us, Blizzard gave us a little sneak peek at one of the heroes coming in 2024, and this will be the DPS, Venture.
We’re going to run over all players need to know about the new hero.
Overwatch 2 Hero Venture: Release Date
While there isn’t a specific date for when Venture is going to be released, Blizzard has noted that they’re going to be released during the launch of Season 10.
So, this will be April-May of 2024, based on how long seasons usually last.
Overwatch 2 Hero Venture: Abilities
While we wish Blizzard would show us more, they only gave us a little snippet of Venture’s gameplay, and from what we can tell, he has a dive ability that enables Venture to borrow underground for a short duration.
This is similar to Reaper’s teleport, but there is no cast time for Venture.

In terms of other details pertaining to Venture, we don’t have much for the time being; after all, this was only a short little preview that Blizzard gave players, but we can assume more will come in the following months in the leadup to Season 10.
