Stardew Valley is now celebrating its eighth year anniversary, and with the game thriving, ConcernedApe has gone ahead and announced the release date for update 1.6.
We’re hopeful this is going to be the last update before the Haunted Chocolatier is released, but nevertheless, we’re still excited, especially for the new map, Meadowlands Farm.
Here’s what we know about it.
Stardew Valley Update 1.6: What Is The Meadowlands Farm?
ConcernedApe has now shared via X that update 1.6 for Stardew Valley is going to be first released on PC on March 19, 2024.
During this update, they teased beforehand that a brand new farm, called Meadowlands Farm is going to be useable within the new update for new worlds.
It’s been described as the following:
‘Meadowlands Farm. It has a chewy blue grass that animals love. You also start with a coop and two chickens.’
There’s no telling for the time being into how manageable this farm is going to be, but it appears to be one of the best starter ones at the current moment. The ability to shed off the pesky task of getting your first coop is amazing, and we’re stoked to see what else ConcernedApe has in store for us.
