Black Ops 7 Zombies is going to bring us into a brand new world with some familiar faces, as the original cast is back.
Ashes of the Damned is our first journey in BO7, and during the two beta weekends, players will get to experience Survival Training.
Here's what this is within BO7 zombies.
What Is Black Ops 7 Zombies Survival Mode? Answered
Ashes of the Damned is looking spectacular for Zombies, and fans of the series are positive after the great start that Terminus offered to players.
Zombies have evolved over the years, but the game mode itself has stayed relatively the same with the round-based formula.
Survival Mode is just the regular zombies mode where players will be tasked with defeating endless hordes of enemies, and trying to make it as far as possible.
Survival Mode: Basic Training

In Survival, you (and optionally your teammates) venture within the perimeter of a map — in this case, the farmstead — and hold out for as long as possible. There are fewer places to run, Ol’ Tessie is out of commission, and tactical positioning is the key to keeping the undead forces at bay.
- Once the power to the farm has been restored, you have a focused plan: to survive for as long as possible, but with little chance of escape!
- Any accessible caches and machines available in Standard Mode appear in an identical location in Survival Mode.
- Any other interactive Crafting Tables, Wall Buys, or machines not in the Standard Mode area of the map are moved into the Survival map, allowing you to be fully tooled up, provided you’ve got the necessary Essence and Salvage.
- For example, in Standard Mode, Vandorn Farm doesn’t have a Pack-a-Punch or Der Wunderfizz machine, so both are dropped into the Survival Mode map.
In Survival, your options are clear: fight for as many Rounds as you can, judging the best time to flee via Exfil before you're overwhelmed by the dead!
